Blueberry & Beetroot – Magic Mind Morning Smoothie

Blueberry and apple provide vitamin C, beetroot adds folate and potassium, and moringa in Magic Mind gives natural variety from the plant kingdom. Together they make a colorful smoothie that makes breakfast a bit more fun & healthy.

Ingredients

2 tsp Superfood Magic Mind

2 dl frozen blueberries

1 small frozen banana, sliced

2 dl unsweetened orange juice (or segments from 2 small oranges)

1 dl rolled oats

1–2 dl water/plant drink (adjust)

1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)

Ice to taste

How to make
Blend liquid + oats until smooth → add berries, banana, orange, optionally ginger → blend → sprinkle in Magic Mind and blend briefly again → adjust with liquid/ice.

Serving tips
Top with cacao nibs or pumpkin seeds. Swap orange for ½ lime + ½ apple for more acidity.
