Banana bread with power kick

A super tasty fika bread that suits the whole family.
Prescription
- 3 chia eggs (3 tbsp chia seeds + 9 tbsp water)
- 2 overripe bananas
- 40 g melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dl coconut flour
- 2 dl gluten-free oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- Barely 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1-2 dl water/vegan milk
- 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful
Do this
Mix everything in a mixer, put in a form with baking paper and put in an oven at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.
Tip! Let the bread stand for a couple of hours, because it can be perceived as a bit"doughy"if you cut it straight away.
